Do you ship outside the United States?

Yes. In addition to shipping to the 50 states, Exquisite Artichoke also ships to select other countries.

Can I pay for expedited shipping?

Yes. Simply choose the expedited shipping option in checkout. 

How do you calculate sales tax?

For orders placed within the United States no sales tax is added to purchases, except for those shipped to the State of New York. The current sales tax rate in New York is 8.875%.

For orders placed outside the U.S., import duties & taxes vary from country to country and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

When will my purchase arrive?

Orders are shipped within 2 business days of purchase with tracking provided at time of shipment. Shipping times vary depending on the country and state of residence. Orders within the U.S. will typically be delivered between 3-5 business days. For international orders, delivery can vary greatly depending on customs procedures in your country. 

Returns & Refunds

How do I return a purchase?

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased on our site, you can return it within 5 days from the date of delivery. Simply contact us, and we will provide you with an RAN (Return Authorization Number). Any orders that are returned without an approved RAN from one of our customer services representatives will incur a 15% restocking fee.

What is your refund policy?

Products must be returned in the same condition they were received, with any applicable tags, packaging and other accessories (boxes, dust bags, etc.) received with the order.

Returns on orders paid for with Paypal may incur a 3.5% fee to cover Paypal's non-refundable merchant fees.

Can I exchange my purchase for another product?

Yes. Simply let us know what item you would like to exchange for at time of initiating return, and we will hold it for you as a courtesy.

When will I see my credit or refund?

The time it takes for a refund to appear will depend on your credit card company or bank. Typically, a refund will appear on the client's billing statement around 10 business days after the date of the refund.

For returns, refunds will only be issued upon reception of the returned item at our final shipping warehouse. Please allow up to 3 business days from the time the item arrives at our warehouse for the refund to be issued.

What does final sale mean?

Any items listed as Final Sale at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.
