How do I return a purchase?

If you are not satisfied with an item purchased on our site, you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery. Simply contact us, and we will provide you with an RAN (Return Authorization Number). Any orders that are returned without an approved RAN from one of our customer services representatives will incur a 15% restocking fee.

What is your refund policy?

Products must be returned in the same condition they were received, with any applicable tags, packaging and other accessories (boxes, dust bags, etc.) received with the order. Orders paid for with Paypal may incur a 3.5% restocking fee to cover Paypal's non-refundable fee policy. If exchanging for another item, this fee would not apply.

Can I exchange my purchase for another product?

Yes. Simply let us know what item you would like to exchange for at time of initiating return, and we will gladly hold it for you as a courtesy.

When will I see my credit or refund?

The time it takes for a refund to appear will depend on your credit card company or bank. Typically, a refund will appear on the client's billing statement around 10 business days after the date of the refund.

For returns, refunds will only be issued upon reception of the returned item at our final shipping warehouse. Please allow up to 3 business days from the time the item arrives at our warehouse for the refund to be issued.

What does final sale mean?

Any items listed as Final Sale at checkout are not eligible for return or exchange.
